Watch This Space Design were engaged to design and document this 21,000sqm warehouse facility on a 39,480sqm site, purpose-built for a single building occupant. The design prioritises functionality while incorporating advanced sustainability features, including a 5 Star Green Star rating, a 370kW solar power system, EV charging infrastructure, and rainwater recycling facilities. The result is a high-performance industrial space that delivers both environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.
