Watch This Space Design was engaged by DHL to design their Derrimut Transport Hub in Victoria. A challenging site with minimal street frontage, we have optimised DHL’s operational requirements and one-way traffic flow with assistance from various specialist consultants.

The design team prioritised operational efficiency, delivering a masterplan that includes dual-sided loading and integrated EV charging infrastructure. This project emphasises the ability to navigate intricate planning requirements to deliver a bespoke, high-yield facility for a global logistics leader.
