Watch This Space Design were engaged to expand and refurbish the existing warehouse facility at 3 Myer Place, Rowville for incoming tenant, Good Food Partners, part of the Arnott’s Group. The project delivered a 40,408sqm food manufacturing and distribution facility tailored to operational requirements, along with a new multi-level carpark providing 202 additional spaces.

The facility incorporates extensive hardstand and loading areas, temperature-controlled warehouses, mezzanine office spaces, and specialised production zones, creating a highly functional and future-focused industrial asset.
