Watch This Space Design was engaged by Centennial to reposition 4 existing warehouse facilities built in the 1970’s by creating three flexible tenancies, adding proper loading facilities, addition of ancillary office spaces and increasing floor space where available. A major refurbishment was undertaken to liven up the building presentation, whilst also making them functional for modern-day operators.
